The Big Idea

Building a growth-minded, unbreakable outlook

The Champions Program is designed for upper-level high-schoolers to build a growth mindset geared toward achievement, equipping students to win the mental battle, strengthen their social-emotional health, and stay on track through life-mapping.

Partnering with local advocacy and professional groups, the immersive experience is delivered by award-winning trainers in a way that's both entertaining and informative. The goal: give students the tools and strategies to build a strong, resilient mindset they can use for life.

Week One

It starts with a dynamic kickoff

The program opens with an energizing kickoff event that sets expectations and delivers actionable strategies for positive social-emotional health, tools students can put to work immediately. From there, four focused "quarters" take them deeper.

The Curriculum

Four quarters. One champion.

Quarter One

Get Ya Grown Man On

Builds academic self-efficacy. Through an innovative life-mapping experience, students clearly define goals for their personal and professional lives and learn the mindset strategies to make them real. We emphasize actionable steps that create momentum and focus, and lay the groundwork for strong financial habits and the power of small steps toward big goals.

Quarter Two

Confidence King

Centers on a positive self-identity. When students see themselves in a good light, they're better equipped to handle stress and self-doubt. Confidence King gives students tools to stay optimistic, strategies for dealing with bullying, and the resilience to push past setbacks.

Quarter Three

Teamwork Makes the DREamwork

A social-contribution workshop focused on thriving in group settings and contributing to the greater good, giving students a sense of worth, direction, and responsibility. A large portion covers conflict resolution, having difficult conversations, and the communication skills that shape a young person's growth in college and career.

Quarter Four

Strategies to Win

A self-management capstone that reframes support and coaching as tools to be embraced, not avoided. Students build their own peer support network, connect with mentors who've walked in their shoes, and leave with practical strategies to keep growing into adulthood.

Our program is flexible on timing but always sets students on the path to success, with implementable strategies to master their mindset and stay victorious against whatever life brings.

Confidence

A positive self-identity that stands up to pressure.

Clarity

Clear goals and a life map to reach them.

Community

A peer network and mentors who understand.
